Laura Cattabriga

For the last 15 years, Laura has specialized in helping companies to grow their businesses, increase revenues and implement organizational improvements. She has designed and executed marketing strategies; helped companies to analyze and redesign work flows; developed plans to improve personnel management; and has provided interim business/medical practice management services. Laura has been involved start-up ventures, market expansions as well as turn around situations. Throughout her career, she has worked with all segments of the market from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

In her role as a Consultant, Laura has served as the Project Manager for numerous engagements which included responsibility for budget development, project planning, client relationship management and coordination of consulting staff.

In recent years, Laura has focused her attention on the healthcare industry. Clients include healthcare facilities, medical laboratories, medical service companies and private physician practices.

Laura has a Masters Degree in International Business and Development from George Washington University in Washington, DC and is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. Laura served on the Board of a non-profit educational institution in Miami Beach. During her tenure, Laura served as an interim Business Manager and helped develop a growth plan that included building a new facility and doubling the enrollment.
